Why outsourcing usually disappoints

The problems are structural. We built the studio around not having them.

Hourly billing rewards slowness

Every delay, rewrite and misunderstanding lands on your invoice. The vendor has no reason to finish early.

$45/hour, 200 hours a week  A price you agree before we start.

Seniors sell, juniors build

You meet the architect on the sales call and never again. The code is written by whoever was free that month.

A team of eight  Two senior engineers who stay on your project.

Three months for three weeks of work

Discovery phases, estimation rounds and sprint ceremonies fill the calendar before anything ships.

Q2 delivery  A date on the contract.

How we work

One scoping sprint, one fixed quote, then a build you can watch every week.

We use AI across the pipeline, from spec to tests. That is where the speed comes from. Every line is reviewed by a senior engineer, and the architecture is designed by people who will answer for it.

The speed comes from a small team that does not wait on anyone. No handoffs between departments, no estimation committees. The engineer who scoped the work builds it.

What we build

MVPs for funded startups

A working product in front of users before the next board meeting. Enough architecture to grow, not enough to slow you down.

Web and mobilePayments and authAdmin and analytics

AI features for existing products

Assistants that know your data, search that understands questions, document processing. Scoped as a feature, shipped into your codebase.

RAG and searchAgents and tool useEvals and guardrails

Internal tools and automation

Back-office dashboards, integrations between the systems you already pay for, and automation of the work your team still does by hand.

Demo builds

Two products we are building in the open to show the process. Links and repositories appear here as soon as they ship.

In progress

Clinic scheduling tool

Online booking, reminders, payments and a front-desk calendar. The kind of MVP a funded startup asks for in week one.

In progress

Support assistant inside a SaaS

An assistant grounded in docs and account data, with escalation to a human. Shipped as a feature into an existing app, not a separate chatbot.

We opened in October 2026. The first three clients get the scoping sprint free.

New studio, no public case studies yet, and we would rather earn them than invent them. For the first three projects:

  • Scoping sprint at no charge, you keep the spec and prototype either way
  • Fixed price and the same contract terms as everyone after you
  • In return, a public review once we ship

Pricing

Published so you can decide before a call. The scoping sprint gives you the exact number.

Scoping sprint

1 week
$2,000

Spec, clickable prototype, fixed quote. Credited in full toward the build. Refunded if we cannot agree on a price.

MVP build

4 to 6 weeks
from $15,000

A production-ready product in your accounts. 40% to start, 60% on delivery. 30 days of support included.

Feature squad

Monthly
from $8,000 / mo

Two senior engineers on your roadmap. Cancel with 30 days notice. Weekly demos, same process.

What we put in the contract

1

The price does not move

Unless you change the scope. Then you get a new number before we touch it.

2

A demo every week

Friday, on staging, with a short written changelog. You always know where the build is.

3

Everything in your accounts

Repository, cloud, domains, keys. We work inside your infrastructure from day one.

4

Scoping sprint, refunded

If we cannot agree on a price after the sprint, you keep the spec and the prototype and get your money back.

Who you work with

Two founders on every project. No account managers between you and the people building.

Oleg

Engineering and delivery

Designs the architecture, runs the build and reviews every line that ships. Builds the team around each project and stays on it until handoff.

Anna

Product and client partnership

Runs scoping, keeps the weekly rhythm and is the person you message. Managed delivery for US clients as a project manager before Shipweeks.

Questions we get before the first call

Is code written with AI safe to run in production?

The same way any code is: through review, tests and a senior engineer who owns it. AI drafts, people design and sign off. You can read every commit.

Who owns the code and the IP?

You do, from the first commit. The repository lives in your account and the contract assigns all IP to you on payment.

How can the price be fixed before the spec exists?

It is not. The scoping sprint produces the spec, and the quote is based on it. That is why the sprint is a separate, refundable week.

What happens when the scope changes?

We price the change the same day, in writing. You decide whether to add it now, after launch, or not at all.

What time zone do you work in?

We overlap with US Eastern from 9am to 1pm and with Pacific from 9am to 11am every working day. Demos are scheduled inside that window.

How do we pay?

Wire transfer or Deel, invoiced in USD. Milestone-based: 40% to start, 60% on delivery. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance.

Get a fixed quote within 48 hours

Tell us what you are building. You get a written estimate and a proposed timeline, no sales call required. If it looks right, we start with the scoping sprint.

We reply within two business days with a number, a timeline and the questions we would ask in a scoping sprint.
